READ (3/4): At least four (4) treaties obligate the U.S. to investigate and prosecute all acts of torture.
READ (4/4): Amendment VIII of the U.S. Bill of Rights states "Cruel and unusual punishments shall not be inflicted."
POINT (3/3): America is bound to (i.e., must) prosecute all government officials, including George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Karl Rove, et al., responsible for the authorization of torture and the commission of other known war crimes.
